Not bad overall
The location is near LRT Quirino so easy access for transportation.
That my TV always needs to be rebooted by the staff because it won't connect to the wifi connection. The room was spacious but its boring. Maybe because there's no windows and then the lights were dim.

Value of money
The friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms are clean. The bed is comfortable. The place has secured doors at the house lobby. Many food establishments nearby.
Very close to the LRT railway. In the case of the room where I stayed, you can hear the noise of the train whenever it passes in the area.
